Kathryn Masterson

Kathryn Masterson is an experienced professional in the senior care and community services sectors. Currently serving as the Assisted Living Administrator at Elderwood since February 2024, Kathryn leads operations of an enhanced housing program, ensuring compliance with NYS DOH regulations while fostering community relationships to enhance marketing efforts. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Vice President of Community & Clinical Services at Suburban Adult Services Inc. from January 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing clinic operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple locations. Additionally, as the Director of Community Services at Suburban Adult Services, Inc. from May 2012 to June 2023, Kathryn managed over 30 locations and led initiatives in care coordination, enhancing individual experiences through comprehensive service integration. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services from Medaille University.
