Paul Fillion

Paul Fillion has worked in the ski industry for over 40 years. Paul'smost recent position was as the Director of Mountain Operations at Eldora Mountain Resort since 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Mountain Operations at Vail Resorts for over 30 years, where they were responsible for running the largest ski mountain in North America. Paul also worked in snowmaking and grooming at Waterville Valley Resort from 1974 to 1982, and as part of the trail crew at Bretton Woods in 1973.

Paul Fillion has served on the Colorado Mountain College Ski Area MGT Advisory Board. Paul has not obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at this institution.
