Sylvain Durindel

Sylvain Durindel has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Responsable de restaurant at Eldora SA since February 2014. Prior roles include Responsable de Restaurant at La Réserve Genève - Hotel and Spa from April 2006 to November 2013, and Responsable du Restaurant Gastronomique at Les Bories from June 2004 to January 2005. Sylvain also held positions as Assistant Maître d'Hôtel at Hotel d'Angleterre within The Red Carnation Hotel Collection from July 2002 to June 2004, Chef de rang at The Connaught from April 2001 to June 2002, and Chef de rang at Hotel President Wilson from July 1999 to September 2000. Sylvain holds a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Gestion/responsable de restaurant, culinaire, et restauration from École Hôtelière Savoie Léman, obtained in June 1999.
