Chad Pederson

Chad Pederson is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Eldorado Gold Corporation since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading corporate communications strategy and enhancing global reputation. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Teck Resources Limited from 2013 to June 2023, including Manager of Government Affairs and Manager of Communications Planning, focusing on government relations, strategic direction, and executive communications. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Richmond Hospital Foundation and as Executive Director for Today's BC Liberals, while starting as Communications Coordinator for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Simon Fraser University.
