Russell Jaggard is an experienced geotechnical engineering professional with a strong background in the mining industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Geotechnical Engineering at Eldorado Gold Corporation since January 2022, Russell previously held positions including Underground Mine Manager at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk and Senior Geotechnical Mining Engineer at Kinross Gold Corporation. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Geotechnical Engineer at New Gold, Rock Mechanics Superintendent at Rio Tinto (Phalabora), and Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer at Gold Fields Ltd. Russell Jaggard is an alumnus of Camborne School of Mines.
