Tilemachos D. Pefkos Meng

Tilemachos D. Pefkos MEng, MSc, MAusIMM (CP) has extensive experience in the mining and metallurgy industry, currently serving as the Process Plant Manager for the Skouries Project at Eldorado Gold since May 2012, where responsibilities include leading operational development and commissioning strategies for a major greenfield project. Previously, Tilemachos managed operations at the Olympias Mine and spearheaded improvement initiatives at the Hellas Gold sites utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additional roles include overseeing the process plant and port at the Mavres Petres/Stratoni Mine, as well as early engineering positions in chemical processes at multiple organizations. Education includes a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Chemical Engineering degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Acuity Institute.
