Adam Fassnacht

Adam Fassnacht has over a decade of experience in legal and financial services, currently serving as Senior Director at Eldridge since April 2019. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Director at Winston & Strawn LLP from May 2017 to March 2019 and was involved in various capacities at Guggenheim Partners from September 2012 to April 2017, including Vice President and Legal Counsel. Adam's legal career began as an Associate at Guggenheim Investments Legal Transactions Group, where several progressive roles contributed to extensive expertise in legal transactions. Adam earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and holds advanced degrees in Commerce and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
