Arthur Rosen

Arthur Rosen has a diverse background in the finance industry. Arthur is currently working as a Consultant at Eldridge. In addition, they serve as a Board Member at Wings for Kids and is also the Founder of Pearl Digital.

Prior to their current roles, Arthur played an instrumental role in co-founding and leading LionEye Capital Management, a successful event-driven hedge fund, where they served as President. During their tenure, Arthur grew the fund's assets from $3 million in 2009 to $1.5 billion in 2015. Arthur also negotiated a strategic partnership with the founders of Jana Partners.

Before LionEye Capital Management, Arthur was a Managing Director at Ramius, where they co-managed a North American arbitrage fund as Head Risk Manager and Trader. Arthur was also involved in the incubation and development of the Starboard Value activist fund.

Earlier in their career, Arthur held positions as a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, an Associate at RBC Dominion Securities, and an Associate at Cantor Fitzgerald.

Arthur Rosen attended Duke University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
