Carlton McMillen

Carlton McMillen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment management. Currently serving as Director at Eldridge since February 2022, Carlton previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at MRC from December 2017 to February 2022. Prior to that, Carlton was an Investment Professional at Eldridge and Guggenheim Partners, contributing to principal investments from April 2014 to May 2018 and December 2009 to April 2014, respectively. Carlton's career began with roles at Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst, with experience in both Sydney and Chicago. Carlton holds a dual degree in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2003 and 2006.
