Caroline Jiang, MBA

Caroline Jiang, MBA has had a varied career, beginning with a role as Brand Experience Manager at Jaguar Land Rover in 2013. In 2017, they became Manager, Enterprise Innovation for CIBC's Technology Leadership Advancement Program, and Brand Experience Network Development Specialist for Jaguar Land Rover. In 2018, Caroline joined Catalyst Venture Consulting as Partner for Toronto and Asia, and also became Vice President, Commercial for eLeapPower. In this role, Caroline was responsible for leading the business growth from Seed stage to Series A, and post-Series A high growth stage. Caroline co-led the fundraising for Series A round, including pitching with institutional and private investors, creating pitch decks, financial models, and business plans. Caroline also led the organizational development, including creating Human Resource strategy & budget, recruiting key technical and business talents, and establishing Talent management systems. In 2019, Caroline took on roles as Design Thinking Partner for VOYO Business Design and Management and Business Growth Lead for FinTech Growth Syndicate, as well as Board Member for POCKET SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY INC. In 2022, they became an Advisor for Plug and Play China and THE HOLT XCHANGE.

Caroline Jiang holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, where they studied Innovation & Marketing. Caroline also holds an MSc in Biosciences from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor in Biotechnology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions such as VC University, IDEO U, and DesignThinkers Academy. These certifications include Venture Capital, Advanced Design Thinking Certificate, Unlocking Creativity, Human-centered Service Design, Storytelling for Influence, Foundations in Design Thinking, From Ideas to Action, Insights For Innovation, and Design Thinking Facilitation.
