Julie Kelly is an accomplished leader in instructional design and project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at ELB Learning since July 2019, while also consulting as a Learning and Development Consultant since November 2017. Previously, Julie Kelly held various significant roles at First Data Corporation from 1998 to 2017, culminating in the position of Director of Organizational Development, where responsibilities included leading sales learning and performance solutions for a global audience. Julie Kelly's educational background includes studies at Florida International University, Catawba College, and Waynesboro Area High School.
