Kristie DeLoreto has a comprehensive work experience that spans several roles and industries. Their most recent position is with ELB Learning, where they serve as the Senior Vice President of the Project Management Office. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Custom Learning Solutions at the same company.

Before joining ELB Learning, Kristie operated their own business as a Learning Solutions Engineer, Instructional Designer, and Project Manager. Kristie has over 10 years of experience in instructional design, project management, and needs assessment.

In 2013, Kristie founded and served as the President of The Allergy and Asthma Awareness Initiative of Peabody, Inc. Kristie also worked as the Vice President of Custom Learning Solutions, Design and Development at CoreAxis Consulting from 2016 to 2022, where they developed and implemented learning strategies and programs.

Kristie has also held roles as a Committee Member for the Higgins Building Committee, Learning Solutions Manager at The eLearning Company, Transition Consultant at Performance Development Group, Trainer/Instructional Designer at Greater Boston Code Consultants, and Professor at North Shore Community College. Kristie began their career as an Associate Trainer at Fidelity Investments.

Kristie DeLoreto earned a high school diploma from Everett High School in 1995 with a focus on Business. Kristie then went on to attend Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, Kristie pursued further education at Suffolk University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adult Education/Organizational Learning. In addition to their formal education, Kristie DeLoreto has also obtained an Advanced ALICE Training Certification from the ALICE Training Institute.
