Hrileena Ghosh

Hrileena Ghosh has held various roles in the fields of writing, editing, and social media management since 2011. In 2011, they were a Project Supervisor at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, where they transcribed and marked up manuscripts for digital collation and bibliographic records. In 2012, they were a Copyeditor and Proofreader. In 2013, they were a Data Inputter at the University of St Andrews. In 2014, they were a Copywriter and Social Media Manager at the Keats Foundation. In 2015, they were a Rare Books Cataloguer at the University of St Andrews, where they catalogued rare books and wrote blog posts for the Special Collections blog. In 2016, they were a Research Assistant and Guest Lecturer at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. In 2019, they were an Executive Agent and Editor at the Susan Mears Literary and Film Agency, where they read and prepared reports on submitted manuscripts, suggesting edits and corrections as well as assessing for marketability. In 2021, they are a Community Manager, Proofreader and Content Editor at eLearningIndustry, as well as a Social Media Manager at Read Panda.

Hrileena Ghosh began their educational career in 2003 when they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Jadavpur University. Hrileena then went on to earn a Master of Arts (MA) in English Language and Literature, General from Jadavpur University in 2006. Following this, they earned a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in English from Jadavpur University in 2008. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in English Language and Literature, General from the University of St Andrews in 2016.
