Victoria Tuzova

Victoria Tuzova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Market Outreach at Elecard, Victoria oversees Boro, an advanced automated streaming monitoring platform. Previous roles include Business Operations & Partner Success at BLCKMGC and advisory positions with Philips, where Victoria managed numerous global marketing projects and facilitated cross-departmental communications. As a Fulbright Scholar and Head of the Global Learning Center at Tomsk State Pedagogical University, Victoria successfully implemented marketing strategies and led various international collaborations. Educational achievements include advanced business training at Stanford University, a Master's degree from Kent State University, and a PhD from Tomsk Polytechnic University.
