Abel Caceres Arias

Abel Caceres Arias is an experienced project director and civil engineer with a strong background in energy and telecommunications infrastructure. Currently serving as Project Director at Elecnor for the BOP Llanos del Viento project, Abel previously held various leadership roles at SEMI, SA, including managing significant projects such as the Valle del Sol photovoltaic plant and key substation expansions. With a career spanning over two decades, Abel has demonstrated expertise in project management, cost control, and engineering across multiple sectors, having also worked on wind farms, thermal power plants, and civil engineering projects. Abel holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Road Engineering from the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela.
