Hichem Zerrouki

Hichem Zerrouki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager/Project Director at Elecnor Group since February 2016, Zerrouki has specialized in water transmission projects. Previously, Zerrouki worked at TSK Electrónica y Electricidad as a Project Manager focusing on electrical substations, and held multiple project management roles at Elecnor Group from September 2010 to January 2014 in the same field. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Project Manager for a reverse osmosis plant with UTE MTM (INIMA / AQUALIA FCC Group), and working with Dragados SA in various roles related to oil and gas projects. Hichem Zerrouki holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène', obtained between 1994 and 2001.
