Rafael Guzmán Leyva

Rafael Guzmán Leyva is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Responsable Desarrollo de Negocio at Grupo Elecnor since September 2019, while also participating on the Junta directiva of AVIT since February 2024. Previously, Rafael held various positions at Vodafone from 2001 to April 2019, focusing on network design, deployment, management, and optimization.
