Victor Williams

Senior Vice President of Product Development Victor Williams oversees the development of all tabulation, poll book, and voter registration products.

Since joining ES&S in 2001, Victor has held various senior management positions, most recently the vice president of voter registration systems. Throughout his tenure with ES&S, Victor has overseen the implementation, operation, and maintenance of multiple ES&S voter registration systems and new business development related to various voter registration products.

Victor has extensive PCI data security, technical project leadership, network/security design, and implementation experience. His passion for the elections process and his open and transparent leadership style have made Victor a valuable asset to the ES&S team.

Before joining ES&S, Victor served as a computer specialist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he was responsible for maintaining server infrastructures and end-user support.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also holds a current CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
