Yvonne Yan

Yvonne Yan is an experienced quality assurance and business process professional with a career spanning over two decades in various governmental and private sector organizations. Since December 2017, Yvonne has served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Élections Canada, while concurrently holding the role of Business Process Engineer at the Canada Border Services Agency since October 2015. Previously, Yvonne has worked as a Senior QA Analyst at the Canada Revenue Agency and held multiple roles, including Senior Tester and UAT Test Lead in various departments, such as the Canada Border Services Agency and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Yvonne's extensive experience also includes a position as QA at Citizenship and Immigration Canada and as OTS QA Manager at Bell Canada. Yvonne holds educational qualifications from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and Carleton University.
