Mubashrah Babar

Mubashrah Babar is a strategic sourcing advisor currently employed at Elections Ontario since June 2023. Previously, while serving as a strategic sourcing vendor program manager at Grand & Toy, significant accomplishments included establishing a comprehensive negotiation cycle that achieved $1M in annual savings, managing RFP processes, and enhancing vendor relationships. As head of vendor management at HBL - Habib Bank Limited, Mubashrah demonstrated exceptional support during the pandemic by managing substantial purchases and ensuring timely delivery of COVID-related supplies. Earlier roles included assistant manager of vendor management and quality at Merit Packaging Limited, where processes were overhauled to achieve ISO certifications and enhance product quality. Mubashrah holds an MBA in supply chain and logistics management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in polymer and petrochemical engineering.
