Sarah Malim-Khan, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager Human Resources (acting) and Human Resources Advisor at Elections Ontario since November 2016. Sarah Malim-Khan is skilled in developing workforce strategies, employee relations, performance management, and compensation analysis. With a solid background in full-cycle recruitment and HR policy implementation across various organizations, Sarah holds a Certification in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
