Tania Rickard has over 15 years of experience in managing election-related projects and operations, primarily at Elections Ontario since 2009. As Manager of Election Infrastructure, Tania oversees the strategic development and delivery of electoral infrastructure initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Tania's extensive portfolio includes managing Vote by Mail processes, optimizing poll operations, and leading the integration of voting automation technology for Ontario's 2018 General Election. Prior roles include Manager of the Project Management Office, IT Project Manager at General Motors, and Business Systems Analyst at the Ministry of Finance. Tania holds multiple professional development certifications in project management and business planning from esteemed institutions and has a degree in Project Management and Ecommerce from Athabasca University.
