Hon. Earl Jarrett

Hon. Earl Jarrett is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Commissioner and Chairman at the Electoral Office of Jamaica since March 2013. Jarrett has held significant roles such as Trustee at the FIA Foundation since January 2012 and Chairman of the Jamaica Automobile Association since June 2004. Additionally, Jarrett is a Director of the International Union for Housing Finance and has been with The Jamaica National Group as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman since April 1997. Other notable positions include Chairman of the Jamaica Cancer Society and The University of the West Indies, Mona, as well as past Chairman of the Caribbean Association of Housing Finance Institutions. Jarrett's educational background includes an Hon PhD from Nottingham Trent University, LLD degrees from The University of the West Indies, and an MSc in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
