Michelle Eufrasio

Michelle Eufrasio has a wealth of experience in operations and project management. Michelle began their career as a Library Assistant at Seattle University in 2007. In 2010, they became a Teaching Assistant with the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA. In 2011, they joined the Peace Corps as an Education Volunteer. Following this, they were an Operations Lead with the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows in 2014. In 2015, Michelle became a Program Associate with Winrock International. Michelle then interned as a Supply Chain MBA Intern at Walmart eCommerce in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, Michelle worked at Whirlpool Corporation in various roles, such as Program Manager of the Innovative Collaboration Team, Project Manager of the IoT team, and Scrum Master of the Sourcing & Sustainability Teams. During their time at Whirlpool Corporation, they were awarded the Q4 2021 Golden Lever Award for their role in leading the technology response for Whirlpool's return to the office within the context of COVID safety. Currently, Michelle is an Operations Manager at Electra Vehicles, Inc.

Michelle Eufrasio obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and French from Seattle University in 2010. Michelle then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indiana University Bloomington from 2017 to 2019. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Business Analytics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2019 to 2020.
