Jenn Fiegel

Jenn Fiegel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and risk management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Electrada since July 2022, Fiegel previously held the position of Sr Director of Customer Success at Sentient Energy from November 2015 to July 2022. Fiegel's diverse career includes significant roles at Oncor Electric Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed Sr Director of Risk Management, Director of NERC Compliance, and Construction Manager II, among others. Earlier career positions include Vice President, Market Execution at CURRENT Group LLC and various project management roles at VarTec/Excel, Choice One Communications, and Citizen's Communication.
