Cs Meenal Deshpande

Meenal Deshpande has extensive work experience in the field of company secretarial and compliance roles. CS Meenal is currently serving as the Company Secretary and Legal Head at ElectraEV since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Ltd as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from April 2021 to September 2022. CS Meenal was also a Senior Associate - Compliance at Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. from July 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were a practicing company secretary under self-employment from February 2019 to June 2020. Meenal has additionally worked as a Senior Compliance Consultant at Lexcare Global from July 2018 to June 2020, and as a Compliance Associate at Tata Technologies from June 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Compliance Consultant at Lexcare Global from September 2016 to May 2017. CS Meenal began their professional journey as an Assistant Company Secretary at Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. from November 2014 to April 2016, where they handled in-house secretarial work and assisted with audits and corporate due diligence. Meenal also gained valuable experience as an intern at Cyber Law Consulting (Advocates & Attorneys) in July and August 2012, as well as at S.P. Anand & Company in December 2011 and January 2012.

CS Meenal Deshpande completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2009 to 2014. In 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws. CS Meenal also pursued a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they earned a degree in Company Secretary, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Laws (M.B.L.) from the National Law School of India University, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
