Pradeep Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, compliance, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Compliance at DBS Bank since June 2016, Pradeep Gupta leads legal and compliance functions for DBS Tech, a technology arm of DBS Bank Singapore. Prior experience includes roles at MetLife as Lead in Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Practices, and at R1 RCM as Lead in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Secretarial, and Legal. Educational qualifications comprise a Company Secretarial degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an LL.B. in Corporate Laws from the University of Delhi, and a PGD in Cyber Laws from NALSAR. Additionally, Pradeep Gupta holds certifications in privacy laws and management from recognized institutions.
