Rakesh Agrawal

Rakesh Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management, particularly within the electric vehicle industry. Currently serving as the Head - Vice President Sourcing at ElectraEV since August 2024, Rakesh leads end-to-end sourcing efforts for various electric powertrain components. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of Head - AVP Strategic Sourcing at JBM Group, managing sourcing for electric buses and battery systems. Rakesh's career includes key positions in esteemed companies such as Sun Mobility, Exicom, Raychem RPG Ltd., and Schneider Electric, where significant expertise in SCM for electric vehicles, battery technology, and component localization was developed. Rakesh holds a Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management in Mumbai.
