David Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. David is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at H2U Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Independent Director at PowerTech Water, Inc. and served as the CTO at METHOD CAPITAL LIMITED, where they focused on resource-efficient infrastructure. David Martin has a diverse education history. In 1985, they began studying at the University of Toronto, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design. David completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.Ap.Sc) in 1990. During the same period, from 1989 to 1990, David also attended OCAD University to study Industrial and Product Design.

After a break from formal education, David pursued further professional development in 2015. David attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they focused on Organizational Leadership. Though the degree name is not specified, David completed the program in the same year. However, it is worth noting that they also obtained the Ivey Leadership Program certification from the Ivey Business School.

Most recently, in 2019, David attended the University of Bern for a specialized program called the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET). This program focused on Monitoring and Evaluation of International Development projects.

Overall, David has a mix of technical and design education, complemented by training in leadership and project evaluation.
