Hila Peretz

Hila Peretz has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Hila most recently held the role of VP Operations at Electreon, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Supply Chain Director at Enercon Technologies LTD, where they oversaw and managed the supply chain of the company and supported overall operations. Hila also has experience as a Supply Chain Manager at IWI- Israel Weapon Industries, where they managed teams and processes and was responsible for the full production cycle. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Logistics and Planning Manager at Nirlat Group, where they led the production and planning department and managed the QA department.
