Rodney Vargas has significant experience in technical support and service management, currently serving as a Level II Service Desk Technician at Electric since November 2018, where responsibilities include resolving level 2 and some level 3 issues in Mac OS and Windows environments, alongside remote troubleshooting and system configuration.
