Customer Success Manager at Electric

Will Mades has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Anderson Industrial Contracting in 2012, where they gained experience in repair and maintenance of industrial facilities. Will then moved on to Watson's Fireplace & Patio in 2013, where they worked as an Assistant Warehouse Manager, overseeing customer service, shipping, and receiving orders. In 2019, they joined Xerox as an Account Executive, responsible for prospecting new business, maintaining client relationships, and developing IT infrastructure solutions. Currently, Will is working as a Customer Success Manager at Electric, starting in November 2021.

Will Mades attended Calvert Hall College High School from an unknown start year until 2010. Will then went on to study Mass Communication/Media Studies with a focus on Advertising at Towson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
