Kelsey Fast

Kelsey Fast has a diverse background in organizational development and human resources, highlighted by a tenure at General Dynamics Electric Boat from October 2018 to February 2025, where Kelsey served as Chief of Enterprise Learning Programs and held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Organizational Development Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Community Manager for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at the American Cancer Society from July 2013 to April 2016, and positions as a Resident Assistant and Desk Coordinator at American University from August 2011 to May 2013. Kelsey's early experiences include roles as a Camp Counselor and member of the Program Team at Camp Berea in the summer of 2011. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from American University in May 2013.
