Shanice Tharkur

Shanice Tharkur is an accomplished Systems Engineering Specialist and Senior Electrical Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat, with experience in designing technical work documents for electrical submarine systems. Shanice Tharkur also serves as a First-Class Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve, overseeing training and mobilization readiness for unit members. Prior roles include co-owning Keystone Assault, a semi-pro women’s football team, and working as a Maintenance Support Engineer and Maintenance Engineer at PPL Electric Utilities, where Shanice Tharkur managed maintenance programs for medium voltage equipment in substations. A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Shanice Tharkur has developed a strong technical and leadership background throughout a diverse career.
