Tanner Glantz

Tanner Glantz serves as the Director of Operations at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where responsibilities include overseeing Groton Operations and managing submarine construction and overhaul activities. With extensive experience in various roles such as Operations Manager, Ship Manager, and Area Superintendent, Tanner has been instrumental in ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence across several submarine projects, including Virginia Class submarines. Tanner holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, along with an Associate of Science in Laser and Optical Technology from Springfield Technical Community College. Additionally, Tanner has been an active soccer referee for several organizations, including NISOA, the National Federation of State High School Associations, and the U.S. Soccer Federation since 1996.
