Tina Smith

Tina Smith has extensive experience in administrative and analytical roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at General Dynamics Electric Boat since October 2021. Tina has held various positions at BNY Mellon, starting as a Unit Manager in December 2005, where responsibilities included developing associates for Quality Control inspection and maintaining quality standards for client service level agreements. In September 2017, Tina became a Lead Analyst, focusing on data analysis to improve procedures and lead projects to successful completion. Prior to BNY Mellon, Tina worked as a Senior Service Specialist at Fidelity Investments, where the role involved processing trades and addressing customer issues.
