Alex Panchula

Alex Panchula has over 20 years of work experience in the renewable energy and technology industries. Alex began their career in 2000 as a Graduate Research Assistant at IBM. In 2003, they became a Process Engineer at Lam Research. In 2004, they were promoted to Manager at Grandis, Inc. (now Samsung). In 2008, they accepted a role as Sr. Engineer at Optisolar (now First Solar). In 2009, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Prediction and Performance at First Solar. In 2016, they moved to Tesla Motors as a Service Engineering and Fleet Analytics. In 2019, they became the Director of Product Management, Data Science at Oracle Utilities. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President of Product Management at Electric Hydrogen Co.

Alex Panchula holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and a B.S. and B.A. in Physics, Mathematics and English from Iowa State University.
