Ann Marie Francoline - Sidman

Ann Marie Francoline Sidman has held a number of roles in the Learning and Development field since 1992. Ann Marie began their career as a Senior Operations Coordinator at MAMSI in 1992 and held a Senior Learning Consultant role at McKesson HBOC in 1997. In 1999, they became the Manager of Learning and Development at Coventry Health Care and then moved to Saba in 2000 as a Senior Business Consultant in e-learning and Knowledge Management. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at Gen Re and in 2017 they moved to Boston University as the Executive Director of Organizational Development and Learning. In 2019, they joined National Veterinary Associates as the Director of Talent and Learning and most recently in 2022 they became the Director of Learning and Development at Electric Hydrogen.

Ann Marie Francoline Sidman has a diverse educational background. Ann Marie attended The Johns Hopkins University and Columbia University. Ann Marie then earned their MS in Adult Education and Leadership in Educational Technology from Fairfield University. Ann Marie has a BA in English and Fine Arts from Mount St. Mary's University. Ann Marie also studied Adult Web-Based Learning at The Johns Hopkins University. Currently, they are pursuing their PhD in Leadership in Organizational Education from the University of Phoenix.
