Dorian W. has extensive work experience in engineering and product design. Dorian is currently Co-Founder and EVP Engineering at Electric Hydrogen Co., Technical Advisor at Lightship, Board Member at Gradient (previously known as TREAU), and Strategic Technical Advisor at Parallel Flight Technologies. Dorian previously worked at Tesla from 2005 to 2007, where they served as the release engineer for the Roadster battery pack. From 2000 to 2005, Dorian was a Product Engineer at Mindtribe Product Engineering, where they were responsible for project management, mechanical design, electrical design, and software design for embedded systems. From 1998 to 2000, Dorian was a Mechanical Engineer at Edge Innovations, responsible for the mechanical design, assembly, testing, and operation of underwater animatronic models. From 2000 to 2005, Dorian was also QA Manager at GetFit.com, where they established and led a quality assurance team. Finally, Dorian was a Team Member, Lead, Mentor, and Advisor at the Stanford Solar Car Project from 1992 to 1998, where they built multiple cars and competed in 6 races in the US, Australia, and Japan.

Dorian W. attended Stanford University from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME). Their field of study was Mechanical Engineering.
