Erik Johansson, P.Eng. is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in control systems and automation. Currently serving as a Staff Controls Engineer at Electric Hydrogen, Erik previously held significant roles at Apple, Loon, Tesla, Gypsum Technologies Inc., Honda of Canada Mfg., Gerdau Long Steel North America, AB SCIEX, Geek Squad, and McDonald's. With expertise in PLC programming, HMI design, and network security, Erik has developed and implemented advanced control systems across various industries. Erik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Ontario Tech University and a Certificate in PLC Technician from George Brown College.
