Hilda Lyons

Hilda Lyons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager for ESB ecars at ESB since July 2024, Hilda has also held the position of Residential Manager at Electric Ireland since October 2019 and worked as a Client Director (Maternity Cover) at Kantar since December 2018. Prior to these roles, Hilda was a Strategic Key Account Manager at Daft.ie for nearly twelve years, where responsibilities included managing strategic marketing campaigns and mentoring team members. Hilda began their career as an Account Manager at O2 Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, a Post Graduate degree in Product Management from Technological University Dublin, a BA in Fine Art from the National College of Art & Design, and foundational education at Crawford College of Art & Design.
