Lisa M. Ellinger, MSW, PBSF, currently serves as the REACH Residential Manager I and Behavior Consultant at Richmond Behavioral Health since November 2020. Additionally, Lisa has been a Behavior Consultant at Positive Behavioral Consulting, LLC since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Lisa worked as a Support Coordination Supervisor at Hanover County from January 2011 to November 2020. Lisa M. Ellinger holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Policy Planning & Administration from the VCU School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Clinical Psychology from Hollins University.

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and is the statutorily established public entity responsible for providing mental health, developmental services, substance use disorders and prevention services to the citizens of the City of Richmond. Integrated services are available for adults, children and families through a central intake unit. Services are provided directly by staff of the Authority and through contracts with private providers in the community
