Louie Ruiloba has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ISEC, Inc. since September 2017, Louie also holds the position of Manager of Engineering at Zayo Group, where responsibilities include overseeing special projects following the acquisition of Electric Lightwave. Previously, Louie managed a regional team of Field Engineering at Electric Lightwave, successfully leading approximately 1,200 projects annually, and held similar roles at Integra Telecom and Eschelon Telecom. Early career experience includes roles as a Network Engineer and Collocation Engineer, with a foundational position at AT&T Broadband. Louie studied at San Joaquin Delta College from 1993 to 1997.
