Adja Ba

Adja Ba, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer at EPRI since February 2023, Adja is responsible for overseeing human resources and diversity initiatives. Previously, in roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Franklin Energy and AM Conservation Group, and Chief People Officer at PosiGen, Adja has demonstrated a strong focus on workforce development, talent acquisition, and aligning HR functions with corporate objectives. With a foundational career at EDF and its subsidiaries, Adja has played pivotal roles in HR strategy development, talent management, and corporate training. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Government from The Johns Hopkins University, an Executive Master in Strategic Management-HR from HEC School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Denison University.
