Andrew Phillips

VP, Transmission & Distribution Infrastructure at Electric Power Research Institute

Andrew Phillips is the current Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Infrastructure at the Electric Power Research Institute. Andrew has been with EPRI since January 2005, and in their current position since January 2018. Prior to their current role, they served as Director of Transmission and Substations from April 2003 to December 2005, and as Program Manager from January 1998 to March 2003. Andrew began their career as an Engineer at Ja Jones Inc from January 1997 to December 1998.

Andrew Phillips has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from De La Salle.

They work with Rob Chapman - VP, Electrification and Sustainable Energy Strategy, Charmaine Davis - VP, Human Resources and Diversity, and Neva Espinoza - VP, Energy Supply and Low-Carbon Resources. Andrew Phillips reports to Arshad Mansoor, President & Chief Executive Officer.
