Colton Smith

Colton Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and technical leadership within the power generation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Leader at EPRI since May 2021, Colton previously held the position of Reliability Engineer III at Entergy, where responsibilities included managing the Predictive Maintenance Program and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in various analysis techniques. Prior roles at Luminant involved equipment reliability engineering and project management, where Colton led initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs across power generation facilities. Colton holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Texas.
