Erin Phillips

Erin Phillips is an IT Technical Support Analyst II at EPRI, with previous roles as an IT Technical Support Analyst I and IT Support Service Desk Intern, starting in September 2021. Before joining EPRI, Erin served as the Campus Coordinator for Student Financial Aid at Central Piedmont Community College from September 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included training new financial aid staff and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Additionally, Erin worked as a Financial Aid/Veterans' Affairs Specialist, assisting students with eligibility determinations and financial aid consultations. Earlier experience includes three years as a Biology Teacher for Charlotte Meck Schools, where lesson planning and individualized instruction were key. Erin holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology - Cloud & Virtualization from Central Piedmont Community College, earned between 2020 and December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2005.
