Heather Malikowski

Heather Malikowski is a Principal Technical Leader at EPRI since June 2023, specializing in nickel-based and stainless-steel alloy management, with a focus on stress corrosion cracking testing and inspection optimization. Prior to EPRI, Heather served as the Asset Protection Programs Manager at Exelon Nuclear from June 2008 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing critical programs related to boric acid corrosion, welding, and reactor integrity. Earlier roles at Exelon included positions as Sr. Staff Program Engineer and Senior Program Engineer, directing initiatives on inservice inspection and Alloy 600 management. Heather also chaired the PWR Owners Group Materials Committee and held engineering roles at PSEG Nuclear LLC, focusing on reactor systems and boric acid corrosion management. Heather holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
