Keirstan Field

Keirstan Field, P.E. is an experienced engineer and scientist currently employed at EPRI since May 2023. Prior to this role, Keirstan held several positions at Petersen Engineering Inc. from January 2019 to May 2023, including Project Manager, Design Manager, and Engineer-EIT. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Engineer at NextEra Energy Resources from January 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing various inspection projects and participating as NAYGN Co-Chair. Keirstan's early career features an Operations Technical Services internship at Brookfield Renewable and a Programs Engineering internship at NextEra Energy Resources, as well as a Utilities internship at Anheuser-Busch. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
