From 1999 to 2006, Joe Dillon was the President of DEA Dillon Engineering Associates, focusing on engineering, maintenance, and electrical testing. Joe Dillon also served as the Sr. Operations Manager at ABB Engineering Service from 1994 to 1999. Educational credentials include an Executive Management degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of General Studies in Management and General Sciences from the University of South Carolina.
